This magic Shield resembles a wooden wagon wheel. Writing inscribed on its inner rim indicates the shield was crafted by Jury d’Cannith, Quickstone’s premier artificer, to prove a point to her wife.

As a Bonus Action while holding this shield, you can grant Temporary Hit Points equal to your level to the humanoid creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself that has the fewest Hit Points. If creatures you can see within range are tied for the fewest Hit Points, you can choose which of those creatures gains the Temporary Hit Points.
